Culpeper 2026 Christmas Parade
Sunday, December 6th at 5:00pm
Join us for one of Culpeper’s most cherished holiday traditions, the annual Culpeper Christmas Parade! Each year, thousands gather along historic Main Street to enjoy dazzling floats, festive music, twinkling lights, and the spirit of the season. Bring your family, friends, and holiday cheer as the community comes together to celebrate Christmas in the heart of Culpeper. From marching bands to Santa’s grand arrival, this is the can’t-miss event that kicks off the holidays in true small-town style. Be sure to come out early and enjoy the Holiday Sunday Funday for the KIDS event too!
Please note, this event will be held rain or shine; however, in the event of severe weather, it will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
Proceeds from the 2026 Culpeper Christmas Parade will benefit Wreaths Across America Culpeper National Cemetery, an organization dedicated to remembering and honoring our nation’s veterans through the placement of wreaths each December, as well as the Piedmont Warming Shelter, which provides individuals experiencing homelessness with a safe, warm place to stay during the coldest months of the year, along with meals and other essential support. During the 2025–26 season, the shelter provided 2,671 bed nights and served 75 guests.
Community members can support both organizations directly by sponsoring a wreath through Wreaths Across America or donating to the Piedmont Warming Shelter by selecting Piedmont Warming Shelter when making a gift.
