How do different terroirs and vinification practices affect its aromas and flavors? Join us to discover the answers. \nAn aromatic beauty\, Viognier is the only grape permitted in the Northern Rhône application of Condrieu. Viognier is also the most-planted white Rhone varietal in the US and produces a full bodied wine with intense aromatics of peach\, apricot\, honeysuckle and rose. In this class\, we will taste old and new world examples and see how terroir influences what ends up in our glasses. \nThis session will be at 2pm.
